What you will do
- Lead and oversee healthcare consulting engagements, ensuring project profitability and high-quality deliverables.
- Manage client relationships across all levels, including clinical staff, physicians, and administrative leadership.
- Direct data analyses and translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop consulting staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Support business development activities, including sales calls, RFP responses, and identifying add-on sales opportunities.
- Ensure project execution aligns with statements of work and client satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US with the ability to travel 81-100% domestically.
- Minimum of 7 years of applicable professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated expertise in health systems finance, operations, or strategic planning.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver effective presentations to executive audiences.
- Proficiency in managing project budgets, risks, and complex client deliverables.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree, RN, or other professional clinical license.
- PMP or Lean Certification.
