What you will do

• Lead and oversee healthcare consulting engagements, ensuring project profitability and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage client relationships across all levels, including clinical staff, physicians, and administrative leadership.
• Direct data analyses and translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop consulting staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Support business development activities, including sales calls, RFP responses, and identifying add-on sales opportunities.
• Ensure project execution aligns with statements of work and client satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with the ability to travel 81-100% domestically.
• Minimum of 7 years of applicable professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated expertise in health systems finance, operations, or strategic planning.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver effective presentations to executive audiences.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets, risks, and complex client deliverables.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, RN, or other professional clinical license.
• PMP or Lean Certification.
