What you will do

• Lead large, complex perioperative implementations across multiple service lines and facilities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the C-suite and perioperative leadership to guide operational strategy.
• Partner with Sales during the pre-sale phase to define scope, validate feasibility, and set delivery expectations.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from initial handoff through the hypercare phase.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Specialists to identify and implement value-maximizing solutions.
• Utilize hirify.global dashboards and reporting tools to identify gaps and drive sustained adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise-wide SaaS implementations.
• 8+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting, digital health, or health systems.
• Proven fluency with Epic, Cerner, or comparable EHR environments, including architecture and workflows.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex implementations with executive-level engagement.
• Strong quantitative skills and experience using dashboards and data tools to drive adoption.
• Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time.

• Experience writing SQL queries.
• PMP certification.
• Experience working with clinical or process consultants.
