What you will do
- Lead large, complex perioperative implementations across multiple service lines and facilities.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the C-suite and perioperative leadership to guide operational strategy.
- Partner with Sales during the pre-sale phase to define scope, validate feasibility, and set delivery expectations.
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle from initial handoff through the hypercare phase.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Specialists to identify and implement value-maximizing solutions.
- Utilize dashboards and reporting tools to identify gaps and drive sustained adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise-wide SaaS implementations.
- 8+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting, digital health, or health systems.
- Proven fluency with Epic, Cerner, or comparable EHR environments, including architecture and workflows.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex implementations with executive-level engagement.
- Strong quantitative skills and experience using dashboards and data tools to drive adoption.
- Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time.

- Experience writing SQL queries.
- PMP certification.
- Experience working with clinical or process consultants.
