What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of large enterprise IT programs using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, data engineering, and security.
• Drive AI initiatives involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasts.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive status reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT Program or Project Management experience.
• PMP Certification required.
• Strong experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage project financials, budgets, and resource planning.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI/ML platforms.
• Large-scale enterprise transformation experience.
• Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
