What you will do

• Lead the development of generative AI agents for new ad products.
• Manage complex technical programs spanning multiple VP-level organizations.
• Align project requirements, define API contracts, and create workback plans across cross-functional teams.
• Lead daily stand-ups, track progress against milestones, and drive technical conversations.
• Identify and mitigate risks while managing strategic communications with executive stakeholders.
• Mentor senior and Principal TPMs on organizational best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 10+ years of technical program or product management experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in designing and architecting scalable and reliable systems.
• Experience driving roadmap strategy and coordinating release schedules.
• Must be based in the USA (Seattle, WA or Denver, CO)
