What you will do

• Lead sourcing efforts including RFQ development, supplier selection, negotiation, and PO management.
• Serve as the primary interface between suppliers and internal customers to ensure alignment on requirements and quality.
• Drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement using performance data and KPIs.
• Manage tactical support for customer and supplier contracts to ensure technical and commercial compliance.
• Identify process gaps and build operational workflows to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal supplier quality teams to ensure swift resolution of manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain execution for direct commodities.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR-related authorizations.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret engineering data, including drawings and GD&T specifications.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• Track record of successful NPI negotiations.
• Experience in supplier performance management and KPI-driven improvement.
