Compensation: $89,000 – $134,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing efforts including RFQ development, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
• Act as the primary interface between suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment on quality and timelines.
• Manage demand fulfillment with a focus on cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships using performance data and KPIs to drive accountability.
• Provide tactical support on commercial and technical contract requirements.
• Identify process gaps and implement operational workflows to improve procurement efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain execution for direct commodities.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret engineering data, including drawings and GD&T specifications.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• Track record of successful NPI negotiations.
• Experience in supplier performance management and KPI-driven improvement.
