Salary: $89,000 – $134,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead sourcing efforts including RFQ development, supplier selection, and negotiation.
• Act as the primary interface between suppliers and internal customers to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from PO execution to delivery.
• Drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement using performance data and KPIs.
• Support contract execution for both customer and supplier agreements.
• Identify and resolve process gaps to improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain execution for direct commodities.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual (ITAR compliance).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions.
• Ability to interpret engineering data, drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience interpreting GD&T and component profiles.
• Track record of successful NPI negotiations.
• Background in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing industries.
• Experience in supplier performance management and KPI-driven improvement.
