What you will do

• Lead sourcing efforts including RFQ development, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
• Act as the primary interface between suppliers and internal customers to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Manage demand fulfillment with a focus on quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships using performance data and KPIs.
• Provide tactical support on commercial and technical contract execution.
• Identify process gaps and build operational workflows to improve supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain execution owning a direct commodity.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or engineering.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual (ITAR compliance).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and purchasing functions.
• Ability to interpret engineering data, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience interpreting GD&T and component profiles.
• Track record of successful NPI negotiations.
• Background in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience in supplier performance management and KPI-driven improvement.
