Location: US (MA) Remote; support Pacific Standard hours
Salary: $43,375 - $70,875

What you will do
- Use account support plans, efficiency tools, and processes to deliver proactive educator communication and timely responses to evolving needs.
- Set up assigned educator accounts for successful implementation, onboard accounts within expected timeframes, and establish clear implementation plans.
- Analyze implementation health data to identify concerns and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and educators.
- Support educators in analyzing student performance and growth data in the i-Ready Connect platform.
- Use Excel to work with i-Ready Assessment and Instruction data and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests for implementation needs.
- Build relationships with key decision makers to support renewals and identify expansion opportunities; support territory pilot strategy and conversion.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination).
- Proficiency with Outlook, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS365).
- Strong listening and communication skills (oral and written) plus strong interpersonal, customer-centric skills.
- Ability to learn and apply new and complex concepts quickly; strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Support Pacific Standard hours and be able to travel up to 10% for periodic school visits and educator/company meetings.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Marketing/Business.
- 2+ years experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination).
- Experience as a K-12 educator, in education sales, or in customer management.
