TL;DR

Senior Client Success Manager (K12): Managing and nurturing relationships with K-12 school district clients to ensure product adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention with an accent on strategic account planning and revenue expansion. Focus on driving renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to administrators and educators.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or hybrid in Austin, TX).

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 + 4% bonus.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client retention and expansion.
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process, including contract negotiations and uplift discussions.
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell leads to expand product adoption.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage incident communications and escalations to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to drive continuous product enhancement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as account management or customer success.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel 20-25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce.
