What you will do
- Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers to identify new opportunities.
- Schedule qualified meetings for licensed commercial insurance brokers.
- Manage prospect records, follow-ups, and daily tasks within Salesforce.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-setting goals.
- Assist with setting up Workers' Compensation analyses for the broker team.
- Provide general sales and administrative support to ensure consistent outreach.
Requirements
- Must be willing to attend in-person company events, training sessions, and sales meetings throughout the year.
- Strong communication skills with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent outreach efforts.
- Dependable, coachable, and eager to build a career in sales or insurance.
- Solid organizational skills for managing prospect activity.
Nice to have
- Prior sales experience or a proven track record of quota achievement.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or Workers' Compensation.
