What you will do

• Maintain and expand primary human cells at scale in a team environment
• Operate state-of-the-art instrumentation and liquid handling equipment for human cell culture at scale
• Plan experiments and execute new ideas to scale cell models and related technologies
• Troubleshoot routine issues and recognize problems during day-to-day operations
• Independently run complex, multi-component experiments
• Communicate results clearly and present updates at internal group meetings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in biological sciences (or related field) and 0-2 years of research laboratory experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of research laboratory experience
• Experience working with laboratory instrumentation, including complex troubleshooting
• Experience culturing primary human cells and/or stem cells
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a timeline-driven environment
• Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and holidays based on business needs
