Salary: $116,800–$140,000 USD

What you will do

• Design development, verification, and validation studies for NGS assays and coordinate milestones
• Lead integration of automated workflows with LIMS and LabVantage systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and resolve issues
• Plan and execute moderate to high complexity experiments
• Perform data analysis and coordinate with biostatistics and bioinformatics teams
• Author SOPs, study reports, and provide training and lab support

Requirements

• Ph.D. with minimum 2 years industry experience or Master's with minimum 5 years industry experience
• Strong understanding of nucleic acid extraction, PCR, NGS library preparation, and hybrid capture
• Extensive hands-on experience with NGS, PCR/qPCR, nucleic acid extraction and quantification
• Ability to independently design/execute experiments, interpret results, and manage priorities
• Proficient in data analysis (Excel, JMP) and clear technical writing (SOPs, reports)
• Exceptional communication skills and solutions-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with automated workflow development
• LDT product development and validation experience
