Salary: $80,000–$102,000 Annual

What you will do

• Design, execute, and optimize molecular biology experiments to support lead candidate selection
• Validate and perform DNA-based assays including purification, PCR, and quantification
• Culture mammalian cell lines and conduct transient transfections for protein expression
• Culture bacterial cell lines to perform protein expression and purification
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance biotherapy projects
• Maintain accurate and detailed scientific records

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Molecular Biology or related field, or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with routine molecular biology methods: plasmid cloning, PCR, DNA isolation, and protein expression
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Must be able to work full-time, in-person in New Hampshire

Nice to have

• Experience with tissue culture, protein purification, enzyme assay, gel electrophoresis, and flow cytometry
• Proficiency with SNAPgene, GraphPad Prism, and Excel
• Experience with NGS library preparation and DNA/RNA quality quantification (TapeStation, Qubit)
• Experience with protein binding kinetics assays (BLI, SPR, and ELISA)
