What you will do

• Execute end-to-end PR strategy including media pitching, press releases, and rapid response management.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop thought leadership platforms and prepare spokespeople for media appearances.
• Own the voice and cadence of customer-facing communications during policy shifts, service updates, and industry disruptions.
• Influence content strategy across blog, social media, and owned channels to differentiate the brand.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to automate research, monitoring, and content production for increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Operations to ensure messaging alignment across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in PR and communications, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house roles.
• Proven track record of securing coverage in top-tier business, trade, and technology outlets.
• Experience acting as a communications partner to senior executives and developing thought leadership platforms.
• Strong editorial instincts with the ability to build and scale content programs.
• Experience managing customer communications in complex B2B environments.
• Must be based in New York City or able to work from the office.
