What you will do

• Review client financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and KPIs to support client insights.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models aligned with engagement terms.
• Provide technical accounting support on complex issues and present completed reporting packages to clients.
• Identify operational inefficiencies through discovery sessions and recommend actionable improvements.
• Lead and mentor staff and senior accountants on accounting and financial reporting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 4–6 years of accounting/advisory/financial reporting experience for skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, senior living, or post-acute healthcare organizations.
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement structures for skilled nursing facilities, including compliance related to documentation, billing accuracy, and regulatory oversight.
• 3+ years managing associates and/or teams.
• Working knowledge of financial reporting and analysis; strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Remote work is available anywhere in the US.
