What you will do

• Own total website traffic, SEO performance, and conversion rate goals.
• Manage day-to-day updates and governance for hirify.global.com using HubSpot CMS.
• Build and maintain landing pages, CTAs, metadata, and digital content.
• Coordinate with SEO and development agency partners to ensure performance goals are met.
• Partner with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations on campaign paths and data capture.
• Perform QA on website updates, mobile experiences, and user journeys.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• Strong CMS and web production experience, preferably with HubSpot CMS.
• Working knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and conversion-rate optimization.
• Experience with GA4 and campaign performance measurement.
• English: C1 proficiency required for all communication and work.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong project management habits.
