Salary: $1,700 - $2,200 per month + performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the SEO team, including offshore SEO assistants.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical, on-page, and local SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.
• Collaborate with content, web development, and client success teams.
• Monitor organic performance and create actionable client reports.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and AI search trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing SEO campaigns.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
• Experience leading or mentoring remote or offshore team members.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, local SEO, and AI search optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and WordPress.
