What you will do

• Manage and grow hirify.global’s and CEO’s social media accounts across platforms like LinkedIn and X.
• Develop and execute content strategies, plan, create, and schedule engaging posts adapted to each channel.
• Monitor and engage with community through comments, messages, mentions, and foster B2B tech conversations.
• Write compelling copy, translate technical concepts for B2B audiences, and support visual content creation.
• Track social media metrics, generate performance reports, and propose data-driven improvements.
• Support HubSpot implementation for marketing automation, lists, workflows, email campaigns, and dashboards with GA4 and Looker Studio.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Experience in social media and community management, ideally in B2B tech or US market
• Experience managing and growing social media presence of a CEO or executive
• Experience creating and executing content strategies
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking social media metrics
• Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns on LinkedIn
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and trends

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4
• Experience with Looker Studio
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
• Paid media experience on other platforms
