What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management for COO and CFO organizations.
• Develop and enhance financial models, KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks to improve executive visibility.
• Deliver accurate reporting on operating expenses, headcount, vendor spend, and investment performance using BI tools.
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives for executive and board-level materials.
• Drive cross-functional planning with HR, Operations, and Procurement to align resource allocation and investment priorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation, including the use of AI tools to increase forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven ability to lead financial planning processes and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting executive or senior business leadership.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS/technology companies or private equity portfolio environments.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with operating expense management and headcount planning.
