What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Act as the primary solution authority, providing expert guidance on functionality and accounting workflow optimization.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Oversee project execution, including scope control, risk identification, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve offerings.
• Mentor associate consultants and contribute to the development of implementation methodologies and standards.

Requirements

• Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
• 4+ years of experience in external audit, assurance, or accounting within a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Proven experience supporting software implementations, including requirements gathering and solution configuration.
• Strong ability to manage client stakeholders and own delivery outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
