Change Management Consultant

Location: Must be based in or within a reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global office in the USA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite).

Salary: $93,800 - $116,300.

What you will do

• Create and implement customized change management roadmaps based on project needs.
• Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, risks, and overall program health.
• Develop executive-level presentations and readiness content using multiple modalities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines and objectives.
• Contribute to internal business development, people development, and firm culture.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• 2+ years of experience leading significant change management engagements in complex organizations.
• Proven consulting experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management frameworks.
• Ability to work onsite at client locations or a hirify.global office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• PROSCI or other relevant Change Management certifications.
