What you will do

• Analyze ISO and AAIS Admitted lines issues to determine root causes and business value.
• Develop business and functional requirements following established SDLC processes.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and lead stakeholder review meetings.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to troubleshoot issues and maximize out-of-the-box functionality.
• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Ensure solutions align with underwriting and policy administration objectives.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite at a designated hirify.global office at least 3 days per week.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience within the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Hands-on experience developing business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and PMLC processes and Agile methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Guidewire PolicyCenter experience.
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification.
• Guidewire Cloud certifications.
• Experience with visualization and process-mapping tools.
