What you will do

• Collect, organize, and maintain insurance, financial, and operational data from multiple sources.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance; analyze trends and prepare summaries.
• Support insurance policy administration, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage documentation.
• Assist with insurance company applications, business plans, and regulatory filings; coordinate information requests.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries; create presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Support ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Entry-level to 1–3 years of analytical, insurance, or financial services experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with database management tools (preferred).
• Ability to learn and use insurance and risk management software systems.
