What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and close high-potential growth partners within the small business ecosystem.
- Design and negotiate commission and referral structures to maximize volume and acquisition efficiency.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the partnership channel, including onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management.
- Develop co-marketing and enablement strategies to equip partners with necessary assets and product knowledge.
- Partner with Analytics and Marketing Ops to forecast goals, track funnel metrics, and optimize program performance.
- Ensure all partner activities remain compliant with fintech and banking regulations.
Requirements
- 4β6+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development, or sales.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing partnerships that generate measurable revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel metrics and affiliate platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
