Senior Product Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote)

What you will do

• Craft and execute positioning strategies for the Cash account to identify and reach new audiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to shape the product roadmap based on customer needs.
• Develop and optimize distribution strategies and messaging for new and existing products.
• Design and run A/B experiments to identify effective growth levers.
• Create focused briefs for creative teams and lead business performance reviews with leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consumer product marketing or growth marketing.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong background in technology or startup environments.
• Proven ability to distill complex insights into actionable plans.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in messaging tests and measurement methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
