What you will do
- Craft and execute positioning strategies for the Cash account to identify and reach new audiences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to shape the product roadmap based on customer needs.
- Develop and optimize distribution strategies and messaging for new and existing products.
- Design and run A/B experiments to identify effective growth levers.
- Create focused briefs for creative teams and lead business performance reviews with leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consumer product marketing or growth marketing.
- Must be based in the US.
- Strong background in technology or startup environments.
- Proven ability to distill complex insights into actionable plans.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in messaging tests and measurement methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
