TL;DR

Head of Marketing (Fintech): Leading all demand generation and PLG initiatives to convert awareness into revenue for a consumer-permissioned data platform with an accent on full-funnel strategies and scaling growth engines. Focus on building repeatable GTM processes, optimizing free-to-paid conversion, and leveraging marketing automation and AI tooling.

What you will do

  • Lead full-funnel demand generation across ABM, paid media, content, webinars, and SEO to scale revenue pipelines.
  • Drive PLG strategy and execution, focusing on self-serve onboarding, trial sign-ups, and usage-based growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine messaging and positioning for lending workflows and GSE alignment.
  • Mentor and scale a high-performing team across demand, product marketing, content, and growth engineering.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecast pipeline impact, and monitor critical KPIs like MQLs, PQLs, and CAC.
  • Optimize funnel flows from awareness to revenue in alignment with Sales, Product, and RevOps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, leading demand generation and PLG initiatives.
  • Previous background in BDR or Sales with a strong revenue-owner's mindset toward pipeline.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Clay, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to write code for marketing tooling and automations, with experience working in GitHub.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in attribution modeling and funnel optimization.
  • US-based with valid work authorization (implied by 401k and US health benefits).

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing fintech or verification solutions to financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of running ABM programs targeting enterprise lenders and credit unions.
  • Familiarity with income-verification regulations such as DU/AIM.
  • Experience scaling repeatable GTM processes as a platform builder.
