What you will do

• Own data collection projects from setup through delivery against timeline and quality targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into executable capture plans.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies across people, hardware, and facilities, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure, hardware, and facilities issues that block data capture.
• Partner with the Data Quality team to resolve issues during the data creation process.
• Write and maintain project-level SOPs and manage direct reports where applicable.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, data collection, or production coordination with demonstrated project ownership.
• Experience managing dependencies across people, hardware, and facilities to keep projects on schedule.
• Proven ability to write and maintain SOPs for team execution.
• Comfort working directly with technical stakeholders to translate requirements into operational guidance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as a single point of contact.
• People management experience or readiness to lead direct reports.

Nice to have

• Background in robotics, autonomous systems, motion capture, or physical AI data.
• Familiarity with motion capture or wearable sensor hardware.
• Experience in high-growth startup operations.
