Salary: $130,000–$160,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Oversee multiple audit engagements and resolve complex legal, regulatory, and accounting issues.
• Manage engagement budgets, scheduling, staff assignment, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while driving satisfaction.
• Mentor and train staff, providing regular feedback and career guidance.
• Apply advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and regulatory frameworks to complex multi-jurisdictional reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address risks and complexities of U.S.-based clients.

Requirements

• Licensed CPA or in the process of obtaining the CPA.
• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting across industries like Technology, Life Sciences, or Financial Services.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• SEC experience.
• Experience auditing complex accounts such as revenue, inventory, and stock options.
