Salary: $92,000 - $121,000

What you will do

• Develop and manage risk assessments and audits covering operational, IT, and financial domains.
• Evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Ensure compliance with BNSF internal policies and federal rules and regulations.
• Develop strategies to minimize operational and financial risks.
• Coach and mentor audit staff on methodologies and professional standards.
• Collaborate with business partners to maintain high standards of governance and integrity.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, IT, or finance.
• Ability to work in an office environment with occasional travel (less than 10%).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CISA, CIA, or other relevant professional certifications.
• Experience in in-charge level audit roles.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and system query techniques.
