What you will do

• Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Manage revenue reporting and commercial spend analysis to ensure alignment with performance goals.
• Act as a finance partner to business leaders, providing investment ROI support and strategic insights.
• Prepare executive-level presentations highlighting performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead period-end financial reporting tasks related to commercial spending and revenue.
• Drive system and process optimization, including serving as a subject matter expert for ERP upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or revenue accounting.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex modeling and data manipulation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
