Location: Hybrid out of Boston or New York City (Flatiron)

Compensation: $60 – $75 per hour

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering and Product roles, from sourcing to signed offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and calibrate requirements.
• Execute proactive outbound sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines.
• Maintain high data integrity within the Ashby ATS for all requisitions.
• Iterate on candidate evaluation skills based on feedback from leadership.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles.
• Deep understanding of engineering skill sets including Backend, Frontend, Full-stack, ML/AI, Data, and DevOps.
• Proven track record of successful outbound sourcing rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Boston or New York City.
• Exposure to Product recruiting or a strong desire to develop this specialization.
