What you will do

• Rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered marketing workflows using tools like Cursor, v0, or Lovable.
• Launch MVP growth experiments including conversational video demos and interactive AI experiences.
• Automate repetitive GTM tasks such as campaign QA, lead enrichment, and performance reporting.
• Connect APIs, webhooks, and LLMs into scalable marketing automation infrastructure.
• Build internal tools and AI agents to increase the speed and efficiency of the entire GTM team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to refine and scale successful growth experiments.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
• Experience in a growth role at a developer-first, API-first, B2B SaaS, or AI startup.
• Proficiency with automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, or Retool.
• Technical competence in Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Familiarity with GTM systems such as HubSpot, Segment, or Amplitude.
• Strong product instincts and a bias toward immediate action and rapid experimentation.
