What you will do

• Define system-level strategies by translating customer application requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures.
• Engage key customers and industry leaders to understand emerging trends and position hirify.global as a technology partner.
• Influence product roadmaps with Product Management, including development of business cases for new growth opportunities.
• Lead system-level validation efforts by defining and executing application testing for performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Develop technical content (application notes, white papers, reference designs) to support customer adoption and thought leadership.
• Enable Sales and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) with actionable technical insights, tools, and training; drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical systems, power electronics, or semiconductor applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in system-level design, architecture, and application engineering.
• Strong understanding of global safety and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, ISO, AEC).
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into technical and business solutions.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment; up to 30% global travel required.
