Bilingual 3Shape Specialist Designer (Dental Design)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid schedule with at least 1 day per week in the office

What you will do

• Design custom dental restorations, primarily veneers, and digital models using 3Shape software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish treatment protocols and guidelines for custom dental products.
• Apply internal design criteria and quality standards to maintain consistent and accurate restorations.
• Support special projects and provide guidance to the training team.
• Support the team in delivering excellent customer experiences and optimal clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing dental restorations and digital models with 3Shape software.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Dental Lab Technician in a full-service dental laboratory, beyond centralized design centers.
• Intermediate English proficiency, B2+.
• Ability to interpret dental and orthodontic prescriptions, patient records, and digital scan data using 3Shape Dental and Ortho Systems.
• Proficiency in creating custom digital restorations that meet functional, aesthetic, clinical, and material requirements.
