Salary: $210,000–$260,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the firm’s Managed Accounts and Model Portfolio Delivery strategy.
• Lead the evolution of UMA, SMA, and model portfolio offerings, including private market integration.
• Partner with Sales and Platform teams to drive adoption and revenue growth across wealth channels.
• Oversee the design, development, and lifecycle management of managed account solutions.
• Collaborate with Technology and Research teams to build scalable portfolio implementation frameworks.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and governance for all managed account offerings.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial technology.
• Deep expertise in model portfolios, SMAs, UMA platforms, and portfolio construction.
• Strong knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of leading go-to-market initiatives and scaling investment advisory programs.
• Experience managing alternative investment products or private market strategies.
• Must be able to work in-office Monday through Thursday in Greenwich or New York.
