What you will do

• Support the delivery of site-specific CapEx proformas, conceptual estimates, and revenue-ready date forecasting.
• Perform independent take-offs, cost estimates, and contractor pricing validations.
• Review Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, and Consultant proposals for scope completeness and cost competitiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Construction, and Finance to support capital deployment.
• Drive standardization of preconstruction procedures, documentation, and estimating workflows.
• Identify and develop mitigation strategies for risks related to scope, schedule, and market escalation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of related Preconstruction or Construction management experience.
• Experience managing Analysts and Senior Estimators.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
