Senior Cost Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Hybrid or remote from the United States, with travel to project sites expected. Available locations include Dallas, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Tempe, and Boston.

Salary: $108,000–$145,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Manage tender and bid processes from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Prepare estimates, cost plans, valuations, and cost reports for key developments.
• Identify, analyze, approve, and implement project cost changes.
• Prepare and agree final accounts, including claims and construction dispute support.
• Communicate cost variations and documentation clearly to project teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor employees and support team performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• Senior Cost Manager experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Experience in pre-contract cost management, budget control, cost planning, and change management.
• Knowledge of alternative construction materials and construction project cost processes.
• Chartered status or progress toward chartership.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
