What you will do
- Lead the regional SIOP process by partnering with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Develop and execute demand forecasts to support revenue growth, inventory optimization, and product launch readiness.
- Drive commercial analytics including pricing strategy, gross-to-net analysis, and trade spend evaluation.
- Analyze market trends and pricing elasticity to provide actionable recommendations for profitable growth.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service to improve order management, fulfillment, and retailer compliance.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and operational governance to ensure execution consistency across the region.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning, commercial analytics, or sales operations within consumer goods or retail.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability optimization.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional initiatives across sales, finance, and supply chain.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and BI reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP IBP.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
