International Operations Representative

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (plus annual incentives)

What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee shipment booking with agents, carriers, co-loaders, and related parties to ensure timely scheduling and resource allocation.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and vendors to collect required documentation and shipping instructions.
• Monitor and track shipments end-to-end, proactively addressing delays and operational issues.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and import/export stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
• Support international leadership with pricing, quotes, and proposals for existing and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, invoices, and documentation; assist in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in international operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in freight forwarding.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with logistics software and TMS systems (including CargoWise) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations, INCO terms, and customs procedures is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
