Location: Onsite in Austin, TX (transitions to hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day remote after training)

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + commission

What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic carrier profiles through research, networking, and aligning truckload sales opportunities.
• Negotiate freight rates with motor carriers to maximize profitability on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Coordinate customer freight with available motor carrier equipment utilizing internal postings.
• Actively engage carrier partners via phone, targeting 80+ dials per day.
• Track shipments, resolve transit issues, and handle payables discrepancies and Bill of Lading errors.
• Develop new carrier relationships to introduce fresh capacity to customer sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven success in a Carrier Sales position within the logistics industry.
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Austin, TX.
