What you will do
- Own and execute enterprise revenue targets for the AMER region.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Enterprise Account Executives.
- Design and continuously refine processes for predictable pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and efficient deal closure.
- Partner with marketing, partnerships, and customer success to run integrated campaigns and support land-and-expand.
- Sell into complex enterprise organizations across technical and business audiences, including C-suites.
- Represent at industry events and partner co-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS go-to-market roles, including 3+ years of direct people management.
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
- Track record of consistent forecasting and revenue delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with complex, consultative sales cycles for large enterprises.
- Strong sales qualification methodology and ability to coach reps through multiple complex deal cycles.
- Comfort working Eastern or Central Time Zone hours; occasional domestic and international travel (<50%).
