TL;DR

Enterprise GTM Sales Lead (SaaS): Driving US revenue growth and scaling the AI-native supplier relationship management platform with an accent on navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. Focus on building the sales pipeline, closing mid-to-six figure deals, and partnering with leadership to refine GTM strategy.

Location: Must be based in New York, with a hybrid requirement of 3 days per week (Tue-Thu) in-office.

Compensation: $200,000 – $350,000 OTE plus equity.

What you will do

  • Act as the first US-native enterprise seller to drive revenue growth and scale the business.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise tech companies.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while closing high-value deals.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership to experiment with GTM strategies and messaging.
  • Provide front-line feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
  • Collaborate across marketing, events, and community initiatives to establish market presence.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of top-tier performance.
  • Must be based in New York and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the grit and perseverance to build a business from the ground up.
  • Strong commercial intuition and the ability to rapidly master a complex product.
  • Proven ability to perform in high-pressure environments and achieve ambitious goals.
