Salary: $51,000 – $67,000 (Base)

What you will do

• Coordinate with intermodal carriers to track load status and update internal systems.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Manage customer rates and accessorial information within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including tracking and day-to-day communications.
• Verify billing information accuracy to ensure seamless invoicing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience working with intermodal shipments.
• Must be based in the United States (Brea, CA or Illinois office locations).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in 3PL or general transportation and logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Tools.
