What you will do

• Guide clients through the onboarding and integration of Resident Screening products to ensure a smooth start.
• Manage and consult for mid to large-sized accounts on product features and operational strategies.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to efficiently resolve reported issues.
• Analyze client performance trends to identify and implement optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer support or account management, preferably in software, real estate, or hospitality.
• Ability to independently resolve software issues and communicate analytical findings to clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience working with CRM systems.
• Must be based in or able to work in Waltham, MA (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a property manager or in resident screening.
• Deep knowledge of the resident screening industry and its processes.
• Familiarity with hirify.global's suite of products.
