What you will do
- Own the full commercial motion for ’s Automotive practice: pipeline generation, close, and expansion.
- Build, inspire, and lead a sales team as the practice scales, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing Account Executives.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy targeting OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, EV battery/component manufacturers, and aftermarket distributors across North America.
- Set and drive revenue goals and quotas; monitor and manage KPIs to ensure consistent performance.
- Partner with customs, operations, and product teams to design and deliver solutions for complex automotive supply chains.
- Represent externally as an automotive logistics subject-matter authority in RFPs, industry events, and senior customer conversations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, including direct experience selling complex, high-value logistics or supply chain solutions to Fortune 500 customers.
- Deep familiarity with the automotive ecosystem (OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, EV manufacturers, or automotive aftermarket) via sales, account management, or operational roles.
- Proven track record as a top-performing individual contributor, with experience building an early-stage team (closing and scaling).
- Strong consultative selling skills for complex, multi-stakeholder deals across procurement, supply chain, logistics, and executive leadership.
- Excellent analytical and commercial judgment: pipeline building, accurate forecasting, and strategic tradeoffs.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to earn trust from Account Executives through C-suite.
