What you will do

• Execute initial product implementation and provide end-user training for assigned clients.
• Advise clients on best practices regarding Insurance Division products and industry standards.
• Manage technical issues via yCRM, collaborating with IT and Development to ensure efficient resolution.
• Analyze product performance and data accuracy to recommend optimal program feature usage.
• Maintain system configurations to ensure accurate monthly billing and client satisfaction.
• Identify and consult on additional product offerings or functionality to benefit client portfolios.

Requirements

• Current state specific Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Must be located in or able to work in Irving, TX
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the property management industry.
• At least 2 years of account management experience in property management or as a business analyst.
• Proven skills in project management and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using CRM database systems.
• Ability to perform complex analytical thinking and communicate findings to clients.
