hirify.global is building a vertically integrated mortgage platform that transforms the $13T mortgage market into a single API.

What you will do

  • Establish a dedicated in-house talent engine, implementing sourcing and full-cycle recruiting to eliminate agency dependency.
  • Lead the acquisition of high-caliber engineers specializing in AI/ML and operations research.
  • Act as a guardian of company culture, protecting the bar for craftsmanship and results during rapid scaling.
  • Own the full recruitment funnel, including structured interviewing, calibrated scorecards, and decisive closing processes.
  • Develop the employer brand and candidate experience to attract top-tier talent.
  • Standardize onboarding, ramp-up processes, and feedback loops to ensure long-term employee retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building or scaling an in-house talent function at a high-growth startup (Seed to Series C).
  • Successful track record of sourcing and closing hard-to-fill technical engineering roles in competitive markets.
  • High-agency player-coach mentality with the ability to execute personally while designing scalable processes.
  • Data-driven approach to managing pipeline, conversion metrics, and headcount planning.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Palo Alto or New York, NY.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, infrastructure, or other highly regulated industries.
  • History of significantly reducing agency spend through internal sourcing initiatives.
  • Experience managing offshore or distributed sourcing teams.
  • Experience scaling a company through rapid growth and capital raises.
