What you will do

• Lead FP&A, strategic finance, and budgeting, setting standards for forecasting and resource allocation.
• Drive quarterly and annual planning and develop long-range financial models.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and Board to align investments with company priorities.
• Oversee capital planning, corporate finance, and lead end-to-end M&A activity.
• Manage investor relations, including direct engagement and reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Administer equity compensation plans in collaboration with People leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Direct private equity experience is strictly required.
• Proven track record of leading FP&A or strategic finance functions at a leadership level.
• Expert financial modeling skills and ability to conduct complex valuation analysis.
• Exceptional presentation and writing skills for Board-level communication.
• Must be based in New York for hybrid collaboration.
