What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes, aligning GTM, EPD, and G&A on revenue and expense assumptions.
  • Act as the primary financial partner to the executive team, providing board-ready packages and investment frameworks.
  • Build and manage the company's long-range financial model, tracking key unit economics including ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV.
  • Perform product and segment-level P&L analysis to inform pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop an enterprise-grade FP&A infrastructure with advanced planning tooling and reporting automation.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, establishing analytical standards and career growth paths.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of corporate finance experience, including 4+ years in senior FP&A leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment ($300M+ ARR).
  • Deep expertise in SaaS unit economics (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, Rule of 40).
  • Proven track record of building mature, system-driven planning organizations and leading company-wide planning cycles.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to communicate complex dynamics to executives.
  • Strong partnership skills with GTM, Product, and Accounting leaders.
  • Must be based in the United States.
